Overview

LeaseReviewed (the "Service") is operated by Andromeda LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, at leasereviewed.com. The Service is intended for users in the United States. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We do not require an account.

What We Collect

What you provide: the lease text you submit, plus your state and (optionally) city. Your lease text is processed in memory to generate your analysis and is never stored. Collected automatically: your IP address and basic request data, used for security and abuse-prevention. Payment: your payment is handled by Stripe; we keep only a payment reference (a Stripe identifier and our own reference code), the product and status, timestamps, and your IP address, plus a card fingerprint from Stripe (a one-way identifier used solely to prevent payment abuse). We never see or store your card number or CVV. If you choose to enter an email for a receipt at checkout, it is sent to Stripe only. We do not receive or store it. Feedback: if you rate or comment on your report, we store your rating, any comment you write, and your report's reference code. Please don't include personal information in a comment.

How We Use It

We use this information only to operate and improve the Service: to generate and return your analysis, to process your payment via Stripe, to prevent fraud and abuse, to keep the Service reliable, to review any feedback you submit, and to respond to support requests.

What We Don't Do

We do not:

  • Store your lease text or analysis after your session ends
  • Sell or rent your data
  • Use your content to train AI models
  • Use your data for advertising

Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following providers only to operate the Service:

  • Anthropic: the AI provider. Your lease text (or page images, for a scanned or photographed lease), together with the state and optional city you select, is sent to Anthropic solely to generate your analysis (privacy policy).
  • Stripe: payment processing (privacy policy).
  • Cloudflare: network, delivery, security, and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (privacy policy).
  • Railway: application hosting and infrastructure (no lease content stored), in the United States (privacy policy).

Data Retention

Your lease text and analysis are not stored after your session ends. We keep a minimal payment record (no lease content) for accounting and abuse-prevention; Stripe retains billing records under its own practices and applicable tax law. If you submit feedback, we retain your rating, any comment, and the report reference code to help us improve the Service. Server logs are sanitized (they never contain lease text or payment card data) and are retained by our hosting provider for a short period for security and abuse-prevention (currently no more than 30 days), then automatically deleted.

Your Rights

We hold very little personal data and no account. We do not sell your personal information. You may contact us about the limited data we hold. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, which we honor for all users. Virginia residents have additional rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), which we also honor for all users.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Lease text is processed in memory and never written to our database, logs, or disk. Payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI-compliant). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the limited data we hold.

Business Transfers

If Andromeda LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, the limited data we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will post notice on the Service before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the changes on the Service.
